I am an 18 year old high school student living in Los Angeles. My artistic journey started at four years old when I followed my older siblings to an art class. Although I began with just crayons, I learned to diversify into different avenues of art after a life-changing spine surgery in middle school that left me sitting at home all summer. I used art as an escape for all the mixed emotions I endured during my recovery.

Once I determined my future in art, I began to experiment with more than just 2D paintings by incorporating 3D shapes and objects. For some of my recent projects, I utilized hard moldings to build and structure my 3D pieces while adding acrylic paint, crystals, and beads. I have always used shiny objects in my artwork to represent the joys in life and the 3D projects were no different. However, I still thoroughly enjoy all forms of art because it helps me in self-realization and I can navigate my future as I learn more about myself.
